Service Description

Offering over 20 years experiences, Extensive Administration and Project Management orientation utilizing PMP processes, strong organizational and time management skills, strong communication skills, detail oriented.  Ability to adhere to concise timetables and deadlines.  The ability to adapt and adjust to constant change. n         Coordinate client meetings, Coordinate press conferences, prepare minutes, mass mailing, coordinate travel arrangements for Director, maintain statistical reports, Prepare press kits and releases

n         Maintain monthly expense reports, Order office supplies and press kit materials.  Maintaining files and legal documentation.

n         Assist in the preparation of all pertinent contracts and reports. Maintaining files and legal documentation. Data entry of high profile account information.

§         Project Management experience for office openings and expansions, responsible for surveying office space sites on the east region, negotiate commercial lease agreements.

§         Experience developing and implementing administration policies and procedures including travel, business continuation and vendor management and safety policies.

§         Participate in the selection of contract services, vendor negotiation of service agreements and day-to-day monitoring of vendor performance to assure full compliance with standards established within the service agreement.

§         Provide On-going analysis and development of proposals to reduce operating expenses or improve operation productivity and efficiency.

§         Maintain corporate fixed assets and supply inventory, obtain vendor quotes, prepare purchase requisitions, prepare check request, assist with new hire setups, office assignments, and voicemail setups.

§         Extensive experience maintaining corporate fixed assets and supply inventory, obtain vendor quotes, prepare purchase requisitions, prepare check request, assist with new hire setups, office assignments, computer configurations, and voicemail and email setups, providing access to multiple corporate distribution list. Prepare and maintain distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

§         Coordinate extending selected applicant employment offer providing all pre-employment information (i.e., offer letter, drug test, background investigation, etc.) negotiating applicant start date and tracking schedules for new hire orientations.

§         Generate reports and notify recruiters of items that need to be updated in the internal database.
Creation and management of candidate documentation, maintenance of accurate and complete employee records via Excel spreadsheets created and Knowledge sphere Peoplesoft database.

§         Created the new hire paperwork, applicant tracking process, created employee performance tracking spreadsheets for Client Service Supervisor, as well as being CSS support for client evenings and weekends.

§         Dealing with employment related situations, payroll, attendance, tardiness, performance, and conversion evaluations, and scheduling conflicts. Handling other Human Resource responsibilities as they arise
