Description:	I require a website that will allow users to create wiki entries on musical artists. Essentially a cross between: www.wikipedia.org and www.discogs.com I require someone: 1. with a fair bit of knowledge about the music industry and collecting music. 2. who understands how the wikipedia system works. 3. who is proficient in the programming languages required and able to work quickly. 4. who is a bit of a web designer (but nothing fancy required) 5. who will work with me closely and deliver my needs. 6. who is fluent in English in both written and spoken to effectively communicate ideas across. References required with examples of previous work.
