Description:	The concept of the website is to follow http://www.halperncowan.com with a Construction Consultants look and feel not pure copy. The graphics on site are minimum, with most the work taking place with animations and transitions between menu items. While a job price has not been formally set, I would like to invite flash designers who are interested to message me further with past work and a formal bid The site would need to be able to have web copy / text updated and changes staff in a easy manner may be via text or xml doc much like the template sites..
