Basically, I need a exact clone of the Site Point Marketplace - http://www.marketplace.sitepoint.com
The Site should have EXACT features with some changes below:
Payment: The site will only offer Paypal. When paying for a site, the payment comes to our account. Once the buyer confirms they got the site, we transfer it to the sellers Paypal account.
Credit: User can buy credits anytime, or during posting their site. 1 credit = $1
Admin Panel: I should be able to control every aspect of the site.
Change prices, add/remove listings, etc
Layout should be similar, but design should be unique.
Should be SEO'd
