i need a real estate website, very easy like rent.com but works alittle different. 1st, it is a real estate classifieds website, so brockers and other realtors can post their property at a price per month per property, (all this should be editable in the cms.)
2nd, home sellers, just like rent.com, can decide we help them sell their property, meaning listing is free but commission on sale applies. brockers who register to sell on our website can edit, manage and even control their own property on their pages and manage messages from their clients (sort of like their office).. more info is available but thats teh most important for now.. the site will keep improving, so u beter be equiped. |
