I have the following template which I am using on Pligg:

I need a couple changes done:
1) With this template (like many digg clones) people submit a site. However I want them to submit a video link from youtube. As such, when people submit an entry, they will add the link to the youtube video (from which everything else should then work, explaining below). Will also need some other custom text fields here.

1) The thumbnails on the index/home page (or anywhere else they show up), should directly be taken from the youtube thumbnail instead of this custom tool the template has ("shrinktheweb", don't need it).

3) When one clicks on the thumbnail or entry, the entire top section needs to be replaced by the embedded youtube HD video.
