I currently have a website online that is in desperate need of a data base.. www.cmhomewarranty.com I want to be able to have the call center members go into a back office to view a certain member history and also add and delete notes as well as have the ability to send out an email to this member right from the back office without leaving the database..
This is for call center pros..They must take phone call from a prospect customer then enter their name into the D/B and all pertinent info At the same time have a spot to make notes right there in regards to the same prospect customer..Once they get off the phone with this prospect the call center can continue typing notes and status of this prospect then send an email to the prospect right there...They will then click out of the database til the next call...
At this point if the same prospect calls in to see status of the individual quote .Then the call center can type in the name of prospect then the prospect complete history will be displayed including the status of the last phone conversation...In this same screen there would be a service link to see the customer or prospect complete service or warranty history with time and dates of every incident and or occasion...
Meanwhile there is a certain window within the screen to show editable notes only to be added..Once any info is entered into this database it will not be able to be erased by anyone except the president of the company..
This database could include Abbreviated codes and or certain windows so that an Agent from the call center can glance at the screen and know what type of customer this is:Example :1 Hostile,2 Easy going,3 Behind payment,4 owes money....Etc..All these things should be there..
